Portland CityFest will be held at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park on Friday and Saturday, August 22 and 23, 2008. Activities are scheduled 3:00 to 10:00PM Friday, and 2:00 to 10:00PM Saturday. And best of all - no ticket needed! ADMISSION IS FREE!
