Born & raised In Southern California, Danny made his way into country music by working for a few different radio stations in Southern California (KZLA, KHAY, and KTPI) before moving to the Great Northwest and becoming part of an exclusive team at KUPL. Danny has been the official “Man On The Street” for KUPL and The Waking Crew, and he has also been a team player for the past 12 years at KUPL. Having done everything from mornings to traffic, Danny has long been considered a major champion of the station and considers himself lucky to move to such a beautiful part of the country and say he’s from the Northwest.
In addition to his work at KUPL, Danny also works for Portland’s KPTV / Fox 12 where you can catch him in Air 12 high above the City of Roses covering traffic for Good Day Oregon.
When Danny’s not on the radio, he loves to spend time with his wife Kimmy and his children Austin, Alexis, and Tanner engaging in sports such as bowling, fishing, motorcycle riding, golfing, baseball, and jet skiing, or camping on the beautiful Oregon Coast or Tillamook and SW Washington.
